Quality Virtual Solutions Helps Businesses Locally & Globally

Imagine this scenario: You are the owner of a business and it's a Friday afternoon. You have a pile of letters to get out yet and you need to get the payroll finished for your staff by Monday, not to mention all the business calls you need to make among everything else. Being bogged down with so many assignments can take your focus away from the most important projects. This is becoming all to common in today's marketplace. So, what can you do to alleviate the workload and pressure?

The solution that more and more businesses are going to is to hire a virtual assistant.

So, what is a virtual assistant anyway? A virtual assistant is a highly skilled professional who works from their home office providing administrative support to any location. The neat thing about a virtual assistant is that they can provide services locally or globally through internet, fax, email, telephone, messenger or any other ways of communication. A virtual assistant usually has many diverse skills anywhere from word processing and bookkeeping to market research, etc. With today's technology, this type of business relationship is becoming increasingly in demand.

The benefits of hiring a virtual assistant - There are a multitude of benefits that a virtual assistant can bring to your business.

  • You don't need to pay for office space, equipment or software. A virtual assistant uses their own equipment and software in their own home office to perform services for you.
  • There are no hassles of pensions or health benefits. A virtual assistant is a self- employed worker who is not on your payroll.
  • There is no cost for training. A virtual assistant is highly skilled and should already have the skills and knowledge it takes to perform their services.
  • You don't have to pay for down time. In other words by using a virtual assistant you are only paying for the project or services you want them to do and not paying an employee for sitting around 8 hours a day doing nothing when its slow.
  • A virtual assistant is more than just someone who does your office work from a remote location. They take the time to listen to your needs and wants and are available for you every day of the week, even after business hours when your regular staff has gone home.
  • A virtual assistant gives the client access to help when it is needed without having to go through the whole hiring and laying off process each time their workload gets a little out of hand. Assistance is just a phone call away, gives the client piece of mind.

Here at Quality Virtual Solutions, we offer help to those clients that may be feeling overwhelmed by the amount of office tasks that need to be done. By taking some of the workload off, it allows our clients to spend time pursuing other more important projects.
